Phuti Matsi is the founder of ‘The Great Bunene10 Sports Brand’ is a sports event content creator who run sports tournaments and charity games across South Africa to give our disadvantage community youth platform to show case their raw talents. Encouraging and Inspiring Youth to fulfil their potential through partaking in sports. The Great Bunene10 Sports Brand is a well-known former athlete who is passionate about sports and making difference in our communities – grass root level and disadvantaged areas.
Through the passion, determination, the drive, love for sports and good work in sports that I have been doing for the past years, I was acknowledge and recognised with the award of 2022 Raising Legend Award Winning in Sports Category as people that are making difference in communities. As I have been Quoting this say “Sports Unite us Together” – Sports has the power to change the World. “It is in your hands, to make a better world for all who live in it’ as Quoted by Tata Nelson Mandela.
During my career in football: The reason why I got this nickname of ‘Bunene’ is because of scoring machine ‘top striker’ I have been during my early days in primary school football. Then because each tournament and league I played have been top goal scorer. Am also the Co-founder of Lions of Limpopo Football Club and Polokwane Social Derby (PSD) all-time leading goal scorer. Another reason I started this Sports Brand is to promote disadvantage community youth and in future to manage them.
